Kendall County Blotter: Suspect Used Device to Try to Falsify Urine Test at Sheriff's Office

A 17-year-old driver from Oswego was eastbound on Wolf Road near Harvey when he hit a patch of ice and lost control, partially rolling his vehicle, police said. There were no injuries listed on police reports.

Police are investigating a retail theft at Ace Hardware, 4500 Route 71, according to Oswego police reports.

Jackeline Nunez, 22, of the 100 block of Fernwood, Montgomery, was arrested after police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Fernwood and Winrock Road, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said. During the investigation, drug paraphernalia was found in Nunez’ vehicle, and she was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Kendall County Sheriff’s police are investigating after someone allegedly used a device in an attempt to falsify a urine test at the Kendall County Sheriff’s probation office, 807 W. John St. in Yorkville. Police said the subject attempted to unlawfully defraud an alcohol/drug test.
