Kendall County Blotter: Teen Clocked Driving 121 MPH, Cops Say

Arrests, incidents reported by sheriff's police, other agencies.

Jacob Gentry, 19, of the 400 block of Waubonsee Circle, Oswego, was arrested and charge dwith speeding more than 40 mph over the limit after Kendall County deputies clocked him allegedly driving 121 mph in a posted 55 mph zone near Grove and Caton Farm roads, police said.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Rd., on a charge of possession of 2.5 grams or less of cannabis, police said.

Rebecca Schaeflein, 22, of the 100 block of Harbor Drive, Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police on a charge of domestic battery, according to police.

Kendall County Sheriff’s police responded to a residential burglary in the 0-100 block of Boat Lane, Oswego, in which someone forced entry into a residence and stole electronics and money, police said.
