Kendall County Police Blotter: Stolen Lockbox, ID Theft

Oct. 6

Jose Chaidez, 18, of the 2300 block of Prescott, Montgomery, was arrested by Oswego police at Oswego High School and charged with theft, police said.

Oct. 7

A North Carolina resident reported that his credit card was used without his authorization at the Oswego Meijer store, 2700 Route 34, police said.

Jarehl Broadway, 24, of the 0-100 block of Eastern Avenue, Oswego, was arrested by Oswego police and charged with possession of cannabis, police said.

Someone stole a petty cash lockbox containing about $2,500 and multiple gas cards from Weathershield, 2015E Route 34, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department.
