Aurora Man Arrested For Hitting Car, Leaving Scene: Montgomery PD
Montgomery police said court date for 41-year-old Rufino Gallegos-Lazcano will be held at Aurora Court Branch.

MONTGOMERY, IL — Montgomery police said they arrested and cited 41-year-old Rufino Gallegos-Lazcano, of the 400 block of Linden Avenue, around 10:30 p.m, Sept. 30 for fleeing the scene of an accident and improper lane usage. Police said the man was traveling in the 3000 block of Turnberry Lane when he hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle and left the scene before police arrived.
A short while later, police said they found Gallegos-Lazcano, arrested him, and took him to Montgomery Police Department where he was booked, processed and released.

Police said a pending court date was scheduled for Gallegos-Lazcano at the Aurora Branch Court.
