Man Arrested For Trespassing After Fight At Business: Police
Police said Thomas Cook, 33, was arrested after returning to a business where he and several people were given no trespassing orders.

MONTGOMERY, IL — Montgomery police said a man was arrested for trespassing Sunday night after returning to a business where a fight broke out between several people an hour earlier. MPD said officers were called to a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road at 8 p.m. Sunday for a fight involving five or six people.
According to a release from MPD, the altercation had settled down once officers arrived, and the business owner didn't want to file complaints, since the people involved left with a no-trespassing order.
MPD said one of the people involved in the earlier incident returned to the business an hour later. Thomas Cook, 33, of the 2800 block of Providence Lane, Montgomery, returned and started making obscene gestures to employees outside the business before driving away on his motorcycle, according to police.

Police said Montgomery officers found Cook and the motorcycle in the 2800 block of Providence Lane, where he was arrested on charges of trespassing, DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration.

MPD said a court date has been scheduled for Cook, who was released after posting bond.
