5th Annual Medicare Forum
The Oswego Senior Center 156 E. Washington St., will host our 5th Annual Free Medicare Forum on Friday October 10th at 11:00am followed by Lunch provided by Hillside Rehab & Care.
Learn all about the Medicare Overview, Changes for 2015, Medicare Savings Program, Prevention and Wellness Benefits. Just remember Annual Enrollment Period is October 15th to December 7th. Is your current plan your best choice? We have enrollment assistance available weekly by appointment on Monday’s 9am – 11am, Tuesday’s by appointment, Thursday’s 9am – 11am.
