The manager of a fast-food restaurant in the 1800 block of Douglas Road said suspects paid for food with a $20 bill, police said.

Alvin Garcia, 19, of the 6000 block of Autumn Ridge Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at midnight at Jackson and Oakland on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Douglas Goodson, 49, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, was arrested and charged with retail theft at 2:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of Orchard Road after allegedly concealed merchandise worth $26.83 and left a store without paying, police said.
Luis Hernandez, 49, of the 200 block of Pine Ridge Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery, police said.
Feb. 16
A resident reported that a family member used a credit card without permission at a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road, resulting in a loss of $100, police said. The alleged identity theft occurred in June 2014, according to police.
A resident reported that someone used their person information to establish cable service in Bowling Green, Ohio, police said.
