Montgomery Blotter: DUI, Criminal Damage to Property

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 5

Manuel Guillen, 36, of the 1300 block of Indian Trail, Aurora, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for an improper left turn. Guillen was also given a citation for driving while license revoked and no insurance.

Sept. 9

Alicia Ortiz, 22, of the 600 block of S. Lincoln, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Sept. 10

Resident reported to police she parked her vehicle in the 400 block of RT 30 and when she went to leave a few hours later she noticed scratches on the hood of her vehicle.

Letitia Malone, 39, of the 100 block of Springbrook Trail, Oswego, was arrested for driving while registration suspended after police stopped the vehicle she was driving.

Sept. 12

Juan Gonzalez, 51, of the 400 block of Palace, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device. Gonzalez was also issued a citation for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Resident reported damage to his 1999 Oldsmobile Alero which was parked in front of an address in the 2900 block of Heather Lane.

Jaime Rudny, 34, of the 2300 block of Stacy Circle, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped her vehicle for improper lane usage.

Sept. 13

Veronica Lopez-Delgado, 26, of the 500 block of Marion Ave, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped her vehicle for no front registration plate.
