Montgomery Blotter: DUI, Possession of Cannabis

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

July 1

Laquitta Brown, 23, of the 700 block of Sullivan Road, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of Aurora PD for driving while license suspended.

Darnell Spinks, 50, of the 2900 block of Manchester Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle. Spinks was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.

July 2

Ruby Delgado, 35, of the 100 block of Riverside, Montgomery, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police observed her talking on her cellphone while driving.

Carl Sneed, 27, of the 600 block of Second Ave, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for one headlight.

July 3

Celsa Alcala, 22, of the 900 block of Alyce Lane, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and unlawful possession of cannabis.

Jose Sucilla, 20, of the 1800 block of Mulberry Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for operating vehicle with suspended registration after police stopped his vehicle.

Alex Romero, 19, of the 1200 block of Binder Street, Aurora, was arrested for operating vehicle with registration suspended after police stopped the vehicle he was driving.

Residents reported unknown suspect(s) spray painted their front porch and the siding to their garage.

July 4

Richar Barajas, 18, of the 1200 block of Reckinger Road, Aurora, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.
