Montgomery Blotter: Man Accused of Biting Victim; Thief Nabs 41 Cans of Baby Formula

Aug. 22
Roy Miller, 29, of the 2200 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was arrested on a Kendall County Sheriff’s Department Violation of an Order of Protection Warrant after his vehicle was stopped for not having a rear registration plate light, police said.
A business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road reported that an unknown suspect concealed 41 cans of baby formula valued at $655 and left business without paying, police said.

Aug. 23
Justin Galbraith, 19, of Highland Ranch, Colorado, was arrested on a charge of DUI after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage, according to police.

Javier Almaraz, 29, of the 400 block of S. Fourth St. Aurora, was arrested and charged with DUI after police stopped his vehicle for not having taillights, police said.
Reginald Weathersby, 23, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly yelled at a resident and children at a park, police said.
Aug. 24
Flavio Saucedo, 33, of the 1300 block of Park Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on two counts of battery, after police said he allegedly bit a person on the arm, causing bodily harm and “in an insulting provoking manner.”
