Montgomery Blotter: Suspicious Person, DUI

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 14

Daniel Garcia-Aguado, 22, of the 2200 Block of Andrew Trail, Montgomery was arrested for Disorderly Conduct breach of peace and being drunk in public when officers were dispatched to the 2200 Block of Lynn Drive for a suspicious persons call.

Derrell Bell 20, of the 300 Block of Bucktail lane, Oswego, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was also charged with an illegal operation of a sound amplification device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Abigail Alonso, 23, of the 700 block of Schomer Ave., Montgomery, was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. She was also charged with speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Sept. 15

Manuel Vazquez, 38, of the 10 Block of West Street, Aurora, was arrested for having a warrant out for his arrest during a Motorist assist.

Sept. 16

Ruben Valencia, 38, of the 10 block of Marlin Drive, Oswego, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was also charged with disobeying a traffic control device.

Sept. 17

Kristina Thomas, 34, of the 300 block of Kendall Drive, Yorkville, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. She was also charged with improper lighting and expired registration.

Sept. 18

Thaddeus Jones, 18, of the 600 block of Iowa Street, Aurora, was arrested for having a warrant out for his arrest during a traffic stop.

Sept. 19

Timothy Drish, 44, of the 1300 block of Talma Street, Montgomery, was arrested for having a warrant out for his arrest during a local ordinance violation investigation.
