Montgomery Man Accused of Shoving Stepson: Police
The incident allegedly occurred as the man argued with his wife, according to a police report.
An unincorporated Montgomery man was arrested Saturday after an alleged domestic dispute at his home in the 0-100 block of Springdale Road, police said.
Timothy Jensen, 50, was charged with domestic battery after being arrested at around 12:20 p.m., according to a police report.
Kendall County deputies responded to the home after Jensen was allegedly involved in an argument with his wife. During the argument, police allege that Jensen pushed his stepson.
