Montgomery Man Allegedly Injured During Altercation in Oswego: Police
The family of a 20-year-old man said he was beaten by three suspects in a business parking lot.

Oswego police are investigating after a 20-year-old Montgomery man was allegedly injured in an altercation with three other people in a business parking lot.
Chief Jeff Burgner said relatives of the man called police after he returned home with injuries at around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The family said the man reported getting into an altercation with three subjects in a parking lot near Washington and Harrison streets in Oswego.

Burgner said so far, no witnesses have come forward in the case, and police currently have no suspects.
Burgner did not have information on the nature of the man’s injuries, but said he was transported to an area hospital via ambulance. Police were not able to speak with the injured man on Thursday night, he said.

The man’s relatives told police the incident occurred sometime between 4 to 7:15 p.m., according to Burgner.
“Right now, we’re trying to substantiate whether the incident occurred in our jurisdiction,” Burgner said.
