Montgomery Police Blotter: Cops Say Drunken Man Dozed Off in Restaurant

Shamell Dew, 33, of the 2400 block of Farnsworth, Aurora, was arrested at Aucutt and Scheuring Road and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.

Dominique McDonald, 25, of the 800 block of Hammond, Aurora, was arrested at a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road on a charge of retail theft after loss prevention determined that since December 2014, he had stolen $115 worth of DVDs, police said.

Reginald Fair, 43, of the 700 block of Kane Street, Aurora, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. in the 1300 block of Douglas Road on a charge of disorderly conduct after he was found sleeping inside a restaurant, allegedly while under the influence of alcohol, police said.
