Motorcyclist Gets DUI After Crash: Montgomery Police Reports
Recent police reports and arrests from the Village of Montgomery.

Michael Bradley, 25, of the 100 block of Franklin Avenue, Aurora, was charged with DUI after police say he lost control of his motorcycle near Orchard and Galena roads. Police responded to a the single-vehicle accident at around 1:40 a.m. June 14. Police said an item fell off Bradley's motorcycle, causing him to drive over it, lose control and crash. Officers saw that Bradley showed signs of intoxication, police said.
Jaileen C. Rivera, 18, of the 700 block of West Alden Place, DeKalb, was arrested and cited for not having a valid driver's license after police stopped her vehicle near Jericho Road and McClaran Avenue just before noon June 13. Police said Rivera was initially stopped for speeding, which caused officers to discover she also had an expired driver's license for more than a year.
Pedro L. Bailon, 42, of the 1700 block of Wick Way was arrested and cited for driving on a revoked license after being stopped for passing vehicles on the shoulder near Route 30 and Orchard Road. Police discovered that he also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Kane County court for another revoked license charge.
