A motorcyclist was taken to Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora with serious injuries following a crash on Route 126 near Schlapp Road, state police said. Kendall County Deputy Bryan Harl said deputies were assisting state police on the scene of the single-vehicle crash, which happened at around 2 p.m. As of 3:30 p.m. Harl said Route 126 remains closed from Ridge to Grove Road.
