Police Blotter: Teens Arrested at Oswego East; DUI, Theft Charges

Arrests, incidents reported by police.

Sept. 14

Spencer K. Spang, 23, of the 0-100 block of Pembrooke, Montgomery, was arrested by Oswego police at Boulder Hill Pass and Route 34 and charged with DUI and speeding, police said.

Geonte Ballard, 20, of the 400 block of Bluegrass Parkway, Oswego, was arrested at Bluegrass Parkway and Dancer and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Adam K. Schulte, 20, of the 400 block of Ogden Falls, Oswego, was arrested at Meijer, 2700 Route 34, and charged with retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor, police said. Schulte was also arrested on four failure to appear warrants, according to a police report.

Sept. 11

Zachary M. Gette, 22, of the 1100 block of Game Farm Road, Yorkville, was arrested by Oswego police at Route 34 and Fifth Street and charged with speeding more than 35 mph over the limit, police said.

Two male juveniles, age 16, were arrested by Oswego police at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Ln., and charged with possession of cannabis, according to police reports. One of the teens was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. A female juvenile, 16, was also charged with possession of cannabis, police said.

Sept. 10

Andres M. Fonseca, 20, of the the 300 block of Sheldon Avenue in Aurora, was arrested by Oswego police at 2300 Route 34 and charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, police said. Guadalupe Rubio, 19, of the 0-100 block of Anderson, Aurora, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 30 grams of cannabis and obstructing identification, according to a police report.
