Second Wheaton Man Dies After Jumping from Aurora Parking Garage

For the second time in six months, a Wheaton man has jumped to his death off the Hollywood Casino parking garage in Aurora.

For the second time in recent months, a Wheaton man has jumped off the Hollywood Casino parking garage in downtown Aurora.

The 43-year-old Wheaton man died after jumping from an unknown floor off the parking garage around 11:15 p.m. Friday and landing on the south side of New York Street, according to The Beacon-News.

On April 14, a 70-year-old Wheaton man died fter jumping from the fifth-floor of the Hollywood Casino parking garage, 43 E. Galena Boulevard in Aurora, police said.

Raymond Shepardson of the 300 block of Illinois Street, reportedly jumped from the deck’s top floor and landed on Galena Boulevard, according to the Beacon News.
