Warrants, DUI, Possession of Stolen Vehicle: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 13

Desmond Teague, 26, of the 600 block of Rosedale Ave, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the Aurora Police Department for unlawful possession of cannabis.

Sept. 14

Resident reported someone attempted to gain entry to her 2013 Buick Regal by prying the door of her vehicle with an unknown tool.

Sept. 15

Jordan Battleson, 20, of the 2400 block of Lenox Circle, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence.

Ryan Cooney, 22, of the 200 block of Main Street, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Resident reported someone stole his 2007 Dodge Nitro from the area of 1900 Grandview. Resident stated he had left his vehicle running as he was making a delivery.

Sept. 16

A security guard reported an unknown suspect attempted to enter a building in the 2000 block of Baseline Road. The security guard stated he yelled at the unknown suspect and he took off running from the scene.

Sept. 18

Jacob Stewart, 20, of the 3200 block of Thomas Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police were investigating an accident involving Stewart’s vehicle. Stewart was also issued citations for speeding, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and improper lane usage.

Resident reported an someone damaged the front window of his 2002 Cadillac by taking an unknown object and smashing the front windshield.

Davon Saulsberry, 19, of the 400 block of East Indian Trail, Aurora, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle after police were called to the area of Stacy and Jason.
