11 Year Old Pleads Guilty to Bringing Knife to School

The boy was not a student at the Naperville school and the knife was never recovered.

NAPERVILLE, IL — An 11-year-old boy entered a guilty plea in juvenile court Monday for bringing a knife to school. The boy had been charged with a misdemeanor count of aggravated assault.

The boy reportedly brandished a knife at another boy at Hill Middle School in Naperville, according to the Daily Herald. The boy is not a student at the school and the knife was never recovered.

The 11 year old faces up to 30 days in a youth detention home and 24 months of probation. He will be sentenced March 14.
