2016 Healthy Driven Naperville Marathon & Half Marathon
Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico and Edward Hospital's Bill Kottmann blow air horns to start the 2016 Naperville Marathon & Half Marathon.
The 4th annual Healthy Driven Naperville Marathon & Half Marathon Sponsored by Edward-Elmhurst Health was held on Sunday, October 23, 2016. More than 3,400 runners completed the races (650 marathon finishers and about 2,770 half marathon finishers), which started and finished near the Municipal Center in downtown Naperville.
The Marathon overall winner was Andrew Kaehr of Chicago with a time of 2:34:39.
Sarah Mahaney of Montgomery won the women's division of the Marathon with a time of 3:01:27.

Michael Lucchesi of Bolingbrook was the overall winner of the Half Marathon with a time of 1:15:52 and Alyssa Schneider of Bartlett was the women’s Half Marathon winner in 1:16:50.
