Life-long Naperville resident and accomplished business owner, Ray Kinney, was bestowed the title of JCI Senator with the Naperville Jaycees amongst a roomful of family, friends and guests while attending the general business meeting held at the Judd Kendall VFW on Tuesday evening.
The achievement of JCI Senator is the highest honor granted by Junior Chamber International. There have been only two other Naperville Jaycees, Chuck Bueche and Al DeGeeter who have achieved such distinction in the 50+ year history of the organization. Kinney was honored for his outstanding achievements and his new role represents a lifetime membership in the organization.
Kinney has been a part of many community groups some of which include: Naperville Development partnership, Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Ron Bounauro memorial Foundation, Rob Koranda Scholarship Fund, Naperville Heritage Society, Heritage YMCA Group, St. Patrick’s Residence, Little Friends Inc, Education Center, Naperville Education Foundation, North Central College Trustee, Choose Dupage, and Rotary Club of Naperville.
