Armed Robbery Suspects Sought In Naperville
Police say two men robbed Extra Value Liquors at gunpoint Sunday night.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville police are looking for two suspects after a liquor store was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night. The incident took place just before 10 p.m. at Extra Value Liquors, 353 E. Bailey Rd. and left a store clerk with minor injuries.
Police say two men entered the liquor store around 9:50 p.m., with one of them displaying a handgun. The two men took cash and the clerk's cellphone before fleeing the scene. Naperville Police Department spokesperson Michaus Williams told Patch it is believed the suspects got into a car that was parked nearby. According to Williams, it is unknown in which direction they fled.
Later Sunday night, a Downers Grove 7-Eleven was robbed at gunpoint. Williams told Patch police believe the incidents may be linked.
