Attic Fire Displaces Family In Naperville: Report
When firefighters got to the scene, the blaze had consumed the attic and part of the roof.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- A Naperville family has been temporarily displaced from their home after a fire started in the attic Sunday afternoon. According to a news release, the fire broke out around 12 p.m. in the single-family home, which is located in the 100 block of N. Ellsworth.
Fire officials say close to a dozen trucks were dispatched to the scene to battle the blaze, which had spread from the attic to the roof of the home. No one was injured in the fire, but the damage caused the home to be deemed uninhabitable.
The cause of the fire is not yet known; the incident is currently under investigation.
