Auditions for AMI Conservatory Program- September 9, 2017

AMI's Conservatory Program Auditions for advanced students ages 7-18 will take place September 9, 2017. Registration is currently open.

AMI Conservatory Program Auditions - September 9th, 2017

American Music Institute (AMI) will host auditions for their
Conservatory Program at their Clarendon Hills Campus, located just 20
minutes west of downtown Chicago.

Audition Specs:

  • Audition Date – Sept 9, 2017
  • Ages – 7 – 18 years old
  • Repertoire – 1 piece/movement – level appropriate (up to 5 min)
  • Placement Test – at time of Audition
  • Application Deadline Sept 3, 2017

The AMI Conservatory Program is geared toward serious-minded
musicians and is designed to bring young musicians ages 7-18 years old
to the next level of their musical education. It combines key elements
within music education and performance to develop students’ abilities to
prepare for a career or college education in music.

Note: Students must have at least 2 or more years playing
experience to participate. The program takes place at AMI’s Clarendon
Hills Campus.

American Music Institute is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with
campuses in Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove, and St. Charles. We are
dedicated to enriching our community by offering access to high quality
music education programs through merit and financial need scholarships.
AMI programs and classes are for all levels, ages, instruments, and
styles of music.
