Authors' Marketing Group Hosts Publisher

Founder of mystery publishing house, Cozy Cat Press, to meet with author marketing group June 14.

Patricia Rockwell, mystery writer and publisher, will be the speaker at the Author!Author! book marketing meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, beginning at 7:00pm. This event is free and open to all authors who are interested in learning how their colleagues are marketing books.

When Patricia Rockwell retired from teaching in 2007, she quickly became bored and decided to find a new activity to keep her busy. She started writing mysteries and, together with a writing buddy, formed Cozy Cat Press in 2010 in hopes of publishing her own and others' mysteries.

Since that time, the little publishing company has grown from just two authors to over 40 with over 150 titles. Patricia will describe how she went about becoming an author and publisher and the difficulties she experienced along the way. She will also field questions.
