B. Good To Bring More Farm-To-Table Fare To Naperville

The restaurant will serve up seasonal salads, grain-based bowls, burgers, and sandwiches.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- The team at B. Good restaurant uses sustainably sourced, farm-grown ingredients to whip up seasonal salads, inventive sandwiches, and natural fruit smoothies. And they're bringing this famous farm-to-table fare to Naperville. The Boston-based restaurant is set to open its doors Friday in Springbrook Prairie Pavilion, Daily Herald reports.

B. Good's menu draws its inspiration from the restaurant's mission, which aims to create healthful, fresh meals from mindfully sourced veggies, herbs, and fruits that are free of GMOs, antibiotic, and chemicals The wide selection includes such options as hand-packed burgers, eggplant meatballs, and apple and bacon bowls tossed with quinoa and avocado.

In addition to locally sourced ingredients, B. Good offers gluten-free and vegan options.

The internationally known restaurant chain has dozens of locations in the U.S. east coast and dining spots in Germany, Canada, and Switzerland. Its Naperville location is the third in Illinois; there already B. Good venues in Schaumburg and Vernon Hills.

B. Good Naperville's hours will be Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
