During this children’s program, the library will shine light on some illuminating songs and tales in a darkened room using black lights and glow-in-the-dark puppets and props during a program from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18 at Naper Blvd. Library, 2035 S. Naper Blvd. This program is recommended for ages 3 and older, and children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
