Blue Sushi Sake Grill To Open Saturday
The newest location will have happy hour daily and serve sushi, Asian-style cuisine, beer, wine, cocktails and sake.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- The new Naperville location of Blue Sushi Sake Grill will officially open its door at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10. The restaurant will be in the Water Street District, at 123 Water St. Suite 111.
A press release from the restaurant's public relations company says "pairing high quality ingredients with bold, yet approachable flavors, Blue offers guests a truly dynamic dining experience." They will serve traditional styles like maki, nigiri and sashimi alongside specialty plates, such as the River Rock Beef Tenderloin served on hot rocks.
They'll serve beer and wine, as well as signature cocktails and a list of premium cold sakes "with tasting notes and a basic overview of the spirit," according to the press release.

Regular hours will begin Sunday, June 11:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Noon – 9:00 p.m.
Blue will offer sushi happy hour from Monday to Saturday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., when a selection of sushi and Asian-inspired plates will be at a reduced price. Sunday's sushi happy hour, from noon to 9:00 p.m., will feature specials on food as well as cocktails, beer, wine and sake.

Blue has nine other locations in Nebraska, Colorado, Texas and Kansas, "with confirmed plans to open three additional locations in Kentucky, Texas and Indiana by the end of 2017."
