Boyfriend Secretly Records Sex with Sleeping Naperville Girlfriend, Uploads it to Porn Site: Report

NAPERVILLE, IL — A 21-year-old Aurora man is officially in the running for worst boyfriend of the year.

Nicholas P. Usher was sentenced to 10 days in a “Work Alternative Program” after a jury found him guilty of secretly recording his 33-year-old Naperville girlfriend and himself during a sex act, through which she was allegedly sleeping, and uploading it to xvideos.com, according to a report from the Chicago Tribune. He took the video down after the girlfriend found out.

Usher, of the 900 block of West Galena Boulevard, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $747 and have no contact with his ex-girlfriend. In addition, he was given a year of probation and must perform community service work.
