Brewery Drink Limit Lifted In Naperville: Report

The council agreed to lift the drink limit with a nearly unanimous vote.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- Nearly all of Naperville's city council members were on board with a proposal to put an end to the three-drink limit at breweries in the city. According to Daily Herald, the proposal passed with eight people voting in favor and one council member dissenting.

Previously, patrons at breweries in Naperville had to limit their consumption to just three drinks.

The city currently has two breweries ---Solemn Oath Brewery and 2 Fools Cider --- that will be affected by the change. Restrictions were also loosened for wineries in Naperville. Patrons were previously limited to two 6-ounce glasses of wine, but the limit has been extended to three 6-ounce glasses.
