Chirico, Caylor To Answer Questions In Public Forum
Residents are encouraged to bring their questions for the mayoral candidates.
NAPERVILLE, IL -- Naperville residents will have a chance to learn more about the candidates for the 2019 mayoral election at a public forum Monday night. Incumbent Mayor Steve Chirico and challenger Rocky Caylor will answer questions and address current issues that are facing Naperville residents.
Those who attend the March 4 forum are encouraged to bring their questions for the candidates. The mayoral forum,, which is free and open to the public, is co-hosted by the League of Women Voters of Naperville and the American Association of University Women.
Caylor and Chirico recently made headlines after Caylor challenged Chirico for hiring a firm to conduct a background check on him. In an open letter to residents, Caylor contended that Chirico's background check called into question his military service and entrepreneurship.
