City Of Naperville: Naperville Police Seek Public's Help Locating Missing Adult

Naperville Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating Joshua Pannell, 25, of Naperville, who was reported missing by his mother on Friday, July 30. Pannell was last heard from on or around June 23, 2021, at which time he indicated he’d be home the following day. Pannell has not been heard from since.
Pannell is known to frequent Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Oak Park, Forest Park and Chicago. He commonly uses buses and trains for transportation. He has a large tattoo on his left arm that reads “Familia” and a large black mark on the back of his right shoulder.

To this point, all other investigative methods have been utilized without success. If anyone has information regarding his whereabouts, please call the Naperville Police Department immediately at (630) 420-6665 and ask for the Investigations Division.
