Community Survey Seeks To Assess City Services In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville residents have a chance to offer their feedback about the city's services now that a new community survey has launched.

As of July 5, households will be selected at random to take part in the survey through Aug. 16.The survey will open to all residents Aug. 2 through Aug. 16.

The survey, which takes about 15 minutes, will welcome residents to give feedback about police and fire services. It also seeks to gauge how residents feel about the city's quality of life.

This marks the first community survey of this nature that Naperville has held since 2016. Once the survey is complete, it will be evaluated and shared with residents in October 2023.
