Convicted Sexual Predator Arrested at Naperville Home
David B. Kapus failed to inform police of a change of address.

A man who was previously convicted for for the 2004-05 sexual molestation of a 12-year-old child was arrested Sunday after he failed to notify police that he had moved.
David B. Kapus is currently jailed on a $50,000 bail and awaiting trial on a felony charge of being a sex offender and failing to inform police of a change of address, according to the Chicago Tribune.
A court felony complaint filed by a Naperville police detective indicated the 46-year-old Kapus prior to Aug. 14 had been living on the 800 block of Plainfield Road in Joliet, and was registered with Joliet police.
