Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of stealing items from people's porches.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The DuPage County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help in finding a man suspected of stealing baby shower gifts and children's toys from porches in unincorporated Naperville. Police say the man committed two porch thefts near Karns Rd. and Lacey Ave. on March 1.
According to police, the man took several baby shower gifts from outside the first home just moments after they were delivered. Another resident who lives nearby came forward to report that children's toys had been stolen from their porch on the same day.

The suspect is described as a white male between 20 and 30 years old with light hair and a medium build. He was last seen wearing sunglasses and a blue plaid shirt with its sleeves rolled up. Police say they believe the suspect may also have hoop earrings in his left ear.
