Cut "Footloose!" for Two Weekends
Summer Place Theatre brings toe-tapping energy to Naperville Central High School July 27-28 and August 3-5

The popular 1980s movie was given the musical treatment in 1998 and has been updated to the 21st Century in Summer Place Theatre's production of "Footloose." A young and energetic cast is ready to wow audiences with their performances for two weekends in Naperville, July 27-29 and August 3-5.
You already know the story: Teenaged Ren settles in a rural town that has a strict ban on dancing, which Ren hopes to lift with the help of the other local teens. In between rock 'n' roll numbers, the generations learn how to understand and empathize with each other.
Performances are held at the Naperville Central High School Auditorium, 440 W Aurora Avenue. Parking is off of West Street and the entrance is Door #24, on the WEST SIDE of the school campus. Look for the Summer Place Theatre banners. Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office on the day of the show. Group rates are available as well. For ticket and other information, see SummerPlaceTheatre.org/Shows/Footloose.
