We Want Your Candy! Not sure what to do with all that extra Halloween candy? We would greatly appreciate your candy donation to add to our comfort and care packages for troops serving in harm's way! Candy donations will be added to our 25 pound Comfort and Care Packages sent to our troops serving in harm's way. One box can be shared with ten troops. OSOT-America is a nonprofit 501 (c)3 organization and was founded in 2003.
