Edward-Elmhurst Health appoints Sean Chou to Board of Trustees

Chou, a resident of West Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Psychology.

Sean Chou, CEO and Co-Founder of Catalytic, Inc., has been named to the Edward-Elmhurst Health Board of Trustees. Catalytic is a software-as-a-service platform for recurring business processes.

Chou, a resident of West Chicago, was previously the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Services at Fieldglass, where he was responsible for the overall development and delivery of Fieldglass solutions and services, and oversaw product development, hosting, professional services and marketing.

Prior to his time at Fieldglass, Chou was a technical project manager at Giant Step (now Arc Worldwide), an e-commerce and internet strategy firm, and senior consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he helped clients develop their internet strategies.

Chou graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Edward-Elmhurst Health, a three-hospital system that includes Edward Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital and Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, has combined revenues of more than $1 billion, more than 50 outpatient locations across a service area of 1.7 million residents in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago, nearly 8,400 employees, including 1,900 nurses, with 2,000 physicians on staff, plus 1,300 volunteers.
