Edward-Elmhurst Health welcomes Dr. Mohammed Azeem

Mohammed Azeem, MD, a medical oncologist/hematologist, has joined Edward-Elmhurst Health.

Dr. Azeem is accepting new patients in Naperville at 120 Spalding Dr., Suite 111, on the campus of Edward Hospital, and in Plainfield at 24600 W. 127th St. To schedule an appointment, call (630) 527-3788.

Dr. Azeem earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio and completed his internship and residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Dr. Azeem is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
