Dogfish Head Craft Beer and Wild Game Dinner at Heaven on Seven

Heaven on Seven presents:

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery Wild Game & Beer Dinner

Tuesday, September 25, 2012

The story of Dogfish Head began in June of 1995 when they opened Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in the resort beach community of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The plan was to bring original beer, original food, and original music to the area.

The reputation of Dogfish Head ales quickly grew beyond Delaware's borders. Calls from Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and beyond poured in, as thirsty patrons demanded their favorite beach beer at home. In the summer of 2002 they moved their production brewery up the road to Milton, Delaware into a 100,000 square foot converted cannery.

Now offering up to nearly 20 styles of beer that are sold in more than 25 states, and a half–dozen kinds of hand–crafted spirits, you can see why international beer writer Michael Jackson calls Dogfish Head "America's most interesting and adventurous small brewery."

Dogfish is one of our very favorite breweries, and we're very excited to be featuring them at Heaven on Seven.  As you can see, the menu we've come up with is a little "off-centered" as well.  The cost of the dinner is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.  For those interested in attending but not participating in the beer dinner we will be offering two options, you can enjoy the Wild Game menu without the beer pairings for $50, or if you prefer, our Jimmy Feed Me! tasting menu of seven courses for $35.  Sorry, our regular menu will not be available.

We are setting a strict limit of 100 guests for this event, so make your reservation early.  Click the link below or call us at (630)717-0777.
