The Conservation Foundation, a local land and watershed conservation organization serving DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will Counties, will hold its Winter Membership and Awards Dinner at the Wyndham Lisle Hotel.
The event will include guest speaker Marc Miller, director of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Miller will discuss the IDNR's new Illinois Wildlife Action Plan and what it means to the area.
Awards will be presented to organizations and individuals for extraordinary conservation work in their communities.

The event will cost $40 per member; $55 per non-member. The cost per non-member will also include a one-year membership.
Businesses and organizations will also be able to purchase tables.
