Ex-Fireman With 12K Child Porn Pics Gets Probation: Report
An attorney for Louis DiGrazia said he turned to pornography after his first wife died of a flesh-eating disease.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A former Naperville firefighter who prosecutors say had more than 12,000 images of child pornography on multiple computers has been handed down a "specialized probation" by a Kane County Judge. According to Daily Herald, the attorney defending the ex-fighter attested that Louis J. DiGrazia IV, a 49-year-old Elgin father of three, was drawn to pornography after his wife died of a "flesh-eating bacteria" more than a decade ago.
DiGrazia, who had been charged with 25 counts of possession of child pornography in October 2016, pleaded guilty to one count of child pornography possession in early 2018, Daily Herald reports.
Along with his probation, DiGrazia must attend treatment for sex offenders and must abstain from using the internet for anything that is not work-related.
