Final Meeting On 248th Avenue Improvements Planned In Naperville
At the public meeting, Naperville residents can sound off about plans to improve traffic on 248th Avenue.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville residents will have a chance to sound off about planned traffic improvements to 248th Avenue at meeting planned for Dec. 8. This last in a series of public meetings will feature an updated presentation of the most recent development concept, which is based previous feedback form residents.
The planned improvements will focus on 248th Avenue between 95th and 103rd Streets. The city aims to improve the thoroughfare for vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians with a 12-month project that is tentatively set to start in 2024.

- Installing new pavement
- Installing new curbs and gutters
- Connecting gaps in bike path on west side of 248th Avenue
- Pouring a new sidewalk on the east side of 248th Avenue
