Flo Rida Announced As Naperville Ribfest Headliner

NAPERVILLE, IL -- Naperville Ribfest announced on Thursday that rapper Flo Rida will headline the July 4 concert. The award-winning rapper, who is known for such hits as "Low" and "My House," joins Billy Idol and Brantley Gilbert as one of the fest's featured performers.

Flo Rida will perform on the Ribfest main stage on Thursday, July 4. Tickets to catch Flo Rida's performance go live at 10 a.m. on Feb. 15.

Billy Idol will open the fest on July 3 and country music sensation Brantley Gilbert will perform on the closing night of Ribfest, July 6.

This year's Ribfest may be bittersweet for many as it marks the last year the beloved summer celebration will be held in Knoch Park. Ribfest, which has been held in the park for the last 3o years, will relocate in 2020 due to upcoming projects in and around Knoch Park.

The search for a new venue for Ribfest has been ongoing since its organizers, the Exchange Club of Naperville, announced the shift in December of 2018. Festival organizers say it's possible Ribfest may have to move outside of Naperville next year.
