Glen Ellyn Blotter: Glenbard West Concession Stand Damaged; Man Arrested for Robbery

Glen Ellyn police reports from Sept. 21 through Oct. 3

Glen Ellyn Police responded to the following reports and made the following arrests in recent weeks:

  • Police arrested Pete B. Robershaw, 25, of Villa Park, in the 0 to 100 block of Briar for possession of cannabis 30 grams and under at 6:03 p.m. on Oct. 3. They also arrested Steven J. Anderson, 23, of Chicago, for possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
  • Police received a report of an unknown offender(s) entering an unlocked garage in the 0 to 100 block of Lambert between 12 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Oct. 3. The thief stole a purple and white Fuji bicycle and a purple helmet that have an estimated value of $315.
  • Police arrested Anthony W. Sabel, 63, of 817 Hillside in Glen Ellyn, in the 500 block of Crescent at 6 p.m. on Sept. 22 for panhandling.
  • Police arrested Kewon J. Washington, 21, of Streamwood, at Walgreen’s, 324 Roosevelt Road, at 10 p.m. on Sept. 22 for robbery.
  • Police arrested Alexandria M. Baute, 22, of Arlington Heights, at 2 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the police department, 535 Duane St. Baute was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, which stemmed from a March 2014 incident.
  • Police arrested Lindsey M. Cunningham, 24, of 325 Marston in Glen Ellyn, at 9:39 p.m. on Sept. 25 and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Police arrested Douglas A. Jeffrey, 51, of 37 Briar St. in Glen Ellyn, at his home at 8:52 p.m. on Sept. 26 and charged him with illegal possession of fireworks.
  • Police arrested Amy M. Vail, 32, of Villa Park, at 2 p.m. on Sept. 21 on a DuPage Sheriff’s Office warrant for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
  • Police received a report of criminal defacement at Prairie Path Park at 8:01 a.m. on Sept. 22. Unknown offender(s) spray painted graffiti on several posts.
  • Police received a report of unknown offenders spray painting graffiti on skate ramps at the Glen Ellyn Skate Park, 707 Faireview, between 10 p.m. on Sept. 25 and 8 a.m. no Sept. 26.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) etching graffiti in the men’s bathroom using a sharp, thin-pointed object at the Lake Ellyn Boat House, 645 Lenox, at some point between Sept. 12 and Sept. 26.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) entering two unlocked vehicles in the 300 block of Anthony and taking $45 in cash at some point between 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 27.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) stealing a silver Honda Odyssey from the 200 block of Linden at some point between 12:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Sept. 27.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) damaging a concession stand tent at Glenbard West High School, 670 Crescent, at 1:27 p.m. on Sept. 21.
