Ice Cream Shop Owner Charged With Filming Teen In Naperville

Police say he used a hidden camera to take unauthorized footage of girls and women.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- A Dixon man has been charged with multiple counts of child pornography after he allegedly filmed a teen and a woman in Naperville without her knowledge and imposed similar unauthorized images of young women onto pornographic videos of children. Martin Hey Sr., 66, who owns the Dixon business Hey Brothers Ice Cream, has been out on bail since he was arrested by Naperville police in mid-September, Daily Herald reports.

Police say the woman noticed a flashing light that indicated a recording device while Hey was at a Naperville home with her and and the teen. Hey was allegedly found in Dixon by Naperville police after he fled the scene.

According to Daily Herald, Hey allegedly is also accused of concealing a small camera on his belt and using the footage he filmed to make captioned storyboards spliced with "sexually violent child pornography."
