Kanye Dines At Pepe's, Shoots Pool In Naperville: Report

NAPERVILLE, IL -- People who dine at Pepe's in Naperville usually don't stroll in with an entourage of eight security guards. Unless, of course, they happen to be Kanye West. The famous rapper paid a visit to the Pepe's at 1272 E. Chicago Ave. Thursday afternoon to grab tacos, shoot pool, and schmooze with other diners, according to Chicago Tribune.

Refugio “Ref” Zamora, who has worked at Pepe's for nearly four decades, served up tacos to Kanye, who reportedly loves Pepe's. Zamora and other staff weren't aware of the rapper's surprise visit. Apparently he had a craving for Pepe's, which has been one of his favorite restaurants since long before he was Yeezy.

Kanye reportedly played a few games of pool with other customers, but didn't order any drinks during the hour and a half he spent at the restaurant. If you're wondering what brought Kanye to Naperville, you're not alone. The staff told Chicago Tribune that the Chicago native didn't say why he was at the Naperville Pepe's, but his visit left residents in disbelief.

If you've been dying to know what Kanye West would order at Pepe's, you can wonder no more. The rapper reportedly noshed on three chicken stuffed tacos.
