Lions Club Installs New Officers
Lion Ken Strugalla to lead Naperville Lions for coming year

At its annual installation dinner on June 18th new officers of the Naperville Noon Lions Club and Foundation were installed for the 2019/2020 fiscal year by Lion Jim Kizer, Southwest Zone Chairman of Lions District 1-J. Officers installed are Ken Strugalla, President, Donna Kearney, First Vice President, Bob Hull, Second Vice President, Jane Bowers, Secretary and Bill Bleecker, Treasurer. Board members installed include Jim Ebers, Tom Garvey, Steve Hertzberg, Paul Rewerts, Linda Strugalla and Maria Wilson.
Lion Ken Strugalla takes over as President after a successful year under the leadership of Lion Jim Woodring. Lion Ken is a ten-year member of the Club and previously served as President in 2012/2013. In addition, to serving as President this fiscal year, he is also chair of the Clubs Raffle Committee and Budget and Donations Committee.
The Naperville Noon Lions serves children and adults with eye examinations, eye glasses and hearing impairments. Services are provided at no cost to those individuals you cannot afford this type of service. In the past fiscal year 325 individuals were provided services at a cost of approximately $110,000. In addition, grants and donations are provided for research and education for low vision and hearing impaired individuals.
