Man Sexually Assaulted Woman In Naperville Hotel: State's Attorney
The Indianapolis man found the maid cleaning his room, and allegedly locked the door and sexually assaulted her, authorities said.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- An Indiana man has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at the Extended Stay America hotel in Naperville, according to a press release from the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office. The man was charged with one count of felony criminal sexual abuse and one count of misdemeanor battery.
Authorities allege that at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 4, a maid at the hotel was cleaning a room occupied by Nien Siu, 26, of Indianapolis. "While she was cleaning the room, Siu returned to the room, locked the door behind him and sexually abused the woman," State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in a press release.
Berlin said the maid fled the room and notified hotel authorities, who then contacted the Naperville Police Department. "The following day, officers went to the hotel and found Siu in his room. He was arrested and taken into custody at that time," Berlin said in a release.

"The victim in this case is a woman just trying to make an honest living and should not have to worry about being sexually abused at work," Berlin said, calling the case disturbing.
Siu’s next court appearance is scheduled for June 26, in front of Judge John Kinsella.
